Plus, it is conveniently situated between the ski lifts, making it easy to explore the area. the rooms are spacious and cozy, with fully equipped bathrooms, and top-notch service. The location of this hotel is fantastic, being right next to the gondola. It's so convenient to just walk a short distance and start skiing. Plus, it's situated in a great spot between different ski resorts, making it easy to explore the area. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had during our stay, which made us feel well taken care of. The rooms at this hotel were comfortable and well-equipped. We stayed on the 4th floor above the onsen area and had a good view from our room. The beds and futon provided a cozy sleeping arrangement, and having an attached western bathroom was definitely a plus. The breakfast provided at this hotel was delicious. Each morning, we were treated to a different Japanese bento box, which was a lovely way to start the day. It's great to have a satisfying meal before hitting the slopes.
All was fine during our stay.

Spent Xmas in a hotel in Hakuba near the slopes. Could go up by shuttle, and the ski runs varied and were worth trying. The staff was beyond friendly, offering us and helping carry bags. The breakfast was fresh and had great. On top of it all, they had an outside onsen that was a fantastic relaxing.
The rooms were average and a little small for our liking, and there was no room service. We had to book the restaurants on our own which took a considerable amount of time.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the ski gondola. It's so convenient to just walk down the driveway and be on your way to the slopes. And let me tell you, the slopes are incredible. This hotel is situated right next to Happo One, which is the biggest ski resort in the valley. The views are breathtaking and the skiing is unparalleled.
All in all, everything was absolutely fine.
